Luke James & Kevin Cossom Shoot For N.A.R.S. In Vibe

The N.A.R.S. Records family, imprint of hitmaking producer Danja, and home of emerging R&B star Luke James and singer-songwriter Kevin Cossom recently shot a feature for Vibe Magazine, during a visit to New York. In this brand new on-set visual take a look behind the scenes as the fellas joke around and shoot their feature, which also includes rappers Cali Stylz and Wyld Money, plus VP of NARS, Marcella Araica.

In related news Luke James recently shot the music video for his next upcoming single, titled “Make Love To Me,” which was written by Ne-Yo and produced by Salaam Remi. It’s a big one, so as we await its release check out the behind the scenes visual below…

No More Nicci Gilbert for ‘R&B Divas’?

After the success of reality show ‘R&B Divas‘ on TV One, it is being reported that Nicci Gilbert has been asked not to return to the cast. This comes as a surprise to many because Gilbert is one of the co-creators of the show. Allegedly, the production team has said through market research Gilbert was the least favorite of the cast. Gilbert was very expressive throughout the show that she no longer had a passion for singing and instead chose the avenue of being a clothing designer.

The show which features up and coming and established Neo-Soul and R&B artists on one of NYC’s most infamous stages, and has helped cultivate many big names. Kelly Rowland Gets Up Close with Future in “Neva End” Video

Kelly Rowland has been getting around on the rap scene lately, lending her talents to singles by Ludacris and Big Boi, and now Future got to share some sexy moments with the R&B diva in the new music video for “Neva End (Remix).” Kelly cozied up to her co-star in the hills of Los Angeles over the weekend as they shot the new visuals.

“Had a GREAT time this weekend shooting @1Future’s video for ‘Neva End (Remix)’ in Los Angeles,” wrote Kelly. She is also gearing up for the release of her “ICE” video with Lil Wayne and her fourth solo album Year of the Woman.

Ne-Yo Performs “Let Me Love You” on ‘The View’

With his new album hitting stores tomorrow, Ne-Yo began his television promotion campaign with a live performance on The View, Monday morning. The Grammy winner turned up the energy in the studio as he got the audience clapping along and dancing to his hit single “Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself).”

Ne-Yo will release his anticipated fifth album R.E.D. (Realizing Every Dream) tomorrow Tuesday, November 6, so after you go out and vote go pick up that album! Watch the full performance below…

TLC Planning First Album in 10 Years

Speaking at the Mobo Awards in Liverpool, surviving members of TLC, T-Boz and Chilli, announced their plans to return to music with a brand new album, their first in a decade. The R&B legends last album 3D, was released in 2002 following the death of Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez.

Babyface Talks About Working with Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys decidedly sought out collaborators she had not worked with before, for her upcoming fifth album Girl On Fire. Among a list of very creditable names the R&B songstress worked with Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, for the first time in her career.
