By now you should know that Mariah Carey has been back in the lab writing and recording for her anticipated next album. While, she sporadically drops photos from her sessions, it appears MC has a surprise coming sooner than expected. The pop diva has been dropping clues on Twitter about a possible project, which she plans to release this summer.
“So.. Summer 2012.. Been in the lab, mixing up some concoctions for you, hope you like it!! #MCSummer2012,” she tweeted along with the above image.
The Grammy winner has remained coy on details, but she has been in the studio with Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, DJ Clue, and Randy Jackson working on new music.
She also performed a new song called “Bring It On Home” in support of President Obama’s 2012 campaign at a private fundraiser in New York last week. She has also penned a record called “Mesmorized” for Lee Daniels’ upcoming film The Paperboy.
