Trey and his crew set up shop at a house in Miami beach, where they shot over 10 different looks, some sexy model were of course in attendance, and everybody got a lil wet, but it was all in good taste…

With his brand new album in stores today, R. Kelly shared this video of him talking to Tavis Smiley about his 11th studio LP, Write Me Back. The follow-up to 2010′s Love Letter, is exactly that, as the R&B King wants to convey to listeners to give and giveback good thoughts.
“It’s a feel good album, it touches the soul, it wakes up the spirit in a positive way, you feel good the minute you put it on, until it goes off,” explained Kellz. Check out the visual below, and go pick up Write Me Back, in stores now!
Last week, hitmaker Ryan Leslie made a special guest appearance on German TV show ‘Teddy’s Show.’ Following a comedic dialog, or lack there of, Ryan took over the house band for a performance of his new song “Ups & Downs,” a cut off his forthcoming album Les Is More.

Mary J. Blige paid a visit to the set of “106 & Park” on Monday evening. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul was there to introduce Starshell, a singer-songwriter signed to her label Matriarch Records.
Starshell, who co-wrote “Love Lockdown” with Kanye West, met Mary through a producer who knew Mary’s husband Kendu. “She’s honest about who she is,” the R&B veteran said of her protégée. “She’s not trying to be something she’s not. She’s just a good person and her work drive and her work ethic is crazy. What really made me want to sign her is her work ethic. It was a blessing to find someone that was willing to work that hard.”
A strong work ethic is something they share in common. “Mary has been in the game for so long and she’s just the queen of what she does,” said Starshell, who premiered the video for her single “Birthday Girl.” “She’s the realest person you’ll ever meet and she works really hard.”
