Chris Brown Gets New Wolf Neck Tattoo

Chris Brown continues to express himself through art, but this time with a crazy new piece on his neck! The R&B Pop star hit up Black Banditz on Melrose last night to get the work done by Peter Koskela (aka Petertattooist). The new ink was described as “an indian chief transforming into a wolf.” It sure is, and it sure looks painful, after getting something like that, he may as well finish that torso.

New Music: Ashanti feat. Meek Mill & French Montana – No One Greater

Ashanti has delivered a surprise for the BET Awards weekend. The R&B chanteuse recruits two of the hottest young rap stars in the game, Meek Mill & French Montana, for “No One Greater.” An Irv Gotti produced cut, which acts as the second single off her forthcoming album Braveheart, which may or may not come out this year, as the dates have been coming and going. Most recently Amazon updated the release date to early 2013, but we assume Ashanti and her new Written Entertainment label are still working on the right marketing and don’t want to stress any date just yet. Jenny Boom Boom Interviews Miguel at BET Awards Weekend, Reveals Album Release Date

Jenny Boom Boom is live in L.A for the 12th Annual BET Awards. She caught up with Miguel and the R&B sensation spoke about being nominated for 3 awards this year. Miguel explained how Hot 93.7 in Connecticut put him on when Jenny told him how proud she was with his success, how Usher was a big influence in his life, how he was upset with not winning a Grammy but happy with the success of his first album.

Additionally Miguel announced the intended release date for his anticipated sophomore album, October 23, which is his birthday.

The new drama-free reality show “R&B Divas” will be hitting your home screens this coming August on TV One. The series tells the current, real-life story of five multi-talented female R&B stars who once were in the spotlight, but have since seen it dim. The show will offer a personal glimpse into the private worlds of Faith Evans, Nicci Gilbert (of Brownstone), Monifah, Syleena Johnson & Keke Wyatt, as they lean on each other and offer candid revelations about their efforts to deal with major life transitions and challenges such as divorce, parenting issues, drugs, alcohol, physical abuse and more.

Marsha Ambrosius and Tyrese brought their talents to the stage of the 25th Annual ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards on Friday night, as they performed a tribute to Quincy Jones.
