NEW MUSIC: LAJON – DEFINITION OF LOVERS LOST (EP)
BMI’s “Know Them Now” songwriting contest winner LaJon has just released his debut EP “Definition of Lovers Lost.” We partnered up with BMI and LaJon to present the soul singers EP release. Speaking on the project LaJon said, “It’s a journey. A travel through a young man’s mind as he finds and loses love all while remaining optimistic that he will find love again. This body of work is very real to me because these songs come from real places and experiences and I think that’s what makes for the best music – an emotional attachment.”
He continued about the sound saying, “The EP features acoustic sounds with elements of rock and soul, Motown and even country. All these aspects help illustrate the emotional elements of relationships including vulnerability, betrayal and heartbreak. There’s a lot of passion behind the lyrics in ‘Definition Of Lovers Lost’ and I hope people feel it the same way I did when I wrote it.”
