Olivia continues with her struggle to success in the music industry, which many of you can see first hand on ‘Love & Hip-Hop.’ The NYC based songstress has just delivered the official video for her latest single “Walk Away,” which is currently growing at radio. The visual brings to life the ladies break-up anthem, featuring, you guessed it, a female who just can’t find the strength to leave her abusive relationship.
On Saturday Monica performed at Honda’s 10th Annual Battle of The Bands in her hometown of Atlanta Georgia. Hitting the stage at halftime the R&B veteran serenaded the crowd with some of her classic records like “Don’t Take It Personal” and “So Gone,” then finished up with a few recent hits including “Everything To Me.” The singer is in the process of gearing up for the release of her New Life Album. At the start of the 2012 Teyana Taylor released “Make Your Move” featuring Maybach Music anchor man Wale. Upping the buzz for her February 29th EP release, The misunderstanding of Teyana Taylor the Harlem native recently shot a video for the single. The songbird plays off of the live band sound of the record by taking a step back in time at the infamous Cotton Club by imitating Micheal Jackson and 60’s soul singers. This is a much more upscale visual than I was expecting can’t wait for the actual video. What do you think?
