A rumor is surfacing and it has nothing to do with illegitimate kids and diss tracks. It appears that Sean “Diddy” Combs is in the works of launching Revolt, a musically themed cable network that will cater to the African American audience. A Centric/BET/TVOne/Music Choice rendition possibly?

Rumor has it that the mogul has been meeting with the likes of Comcast and Time Warner Cable regarding this venture. If this is true, Diddy’s in search of a channel to distribute music and news content that focuses on the urban community. This news goes so far to declare a launch date of 12/12/12 for Revolt. We’ll have to see how far the the old MTV concept is resuscitated…
