NEW MUSIC: NE-YO – REGARDLESS (NO TAGS)

Ne-Yo affirms to his girl that not much is guaranteed, but he will never leave her side, on the latest song to surface from the R&B star, titled “Regardless.” This smooth love joint first showed up in October, but was not full and had tags. The track almost has a holiday feel, so take a listen to his gem from Ne-Yo now!

Teyana Taylor is making moves in 2012. The singer-actress gets a jumpstart on the new year by cooking up a collabo with Wale. The feel-good record features an intro verse from the Maybach Music signee, before a lovestruck Teyana soars over the soulful melody.

NEW MUSIC: JADE ALSTON – SINGLE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT (MIXTAPE)

Introducing up and coming singer/songwriter Jade Alston. This emerging talent is a 24-year-old Philadelphia native, who just released her brand new mixtape “Single On A Saturday Night.”

As a body of work, “Single on a Saturday Night” tells a story about a newly-single woman on a Saturday night. Each track plays like a journal entry into Jade’s personal diary. Grammy-Nominated songwriter Claude Kelly co-penned the lead single, “Missing You Lately,” while Grammy-Winning producer Chuck Harmony re-produced Etta James’ “Sunday Kinda Love.” All original tracks were produced by MPIII Productions.

CHRIS BROWN RINGS IN THE NEW YEAR WITH GIRLFRIEND IN LAS VEGAS

Chris Brown celebrated the new year by hosting a bash at PURE in Las Vegas. The R&B heartthrob capped a successful 2011 with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who went blonde for the occasion. Breezy, looking sharp in a black suit, shades, and skinny tie, arrived around 11:30 p.m. and walked the red carpet with his crew. Inside, he held court with pal Kevin McCall, counting down to 2012 and performing his hits including “Beautiful People,” “Yeah 3X,” and new single “Strip.” With his girlfriend and close friends by his side, he partied into the early morning in VIP.

“I LOVE Team Breezy unconditionally!” tweeted Chris to his fans. “Goodbye 2011. Let 2012 bring as much peace positivity and happiness as possible!”

BEYONCE PERFORMS “I WAS HERE” ON DICK CLARK’S ‘NEW YEAR’S ROCKIN’ EVE’
