VIDEO: T-PAIN FEAT. LILY ALLEN & WIZ KHALIFA – 5 O’ CLOCK

T-Pain is coming home in the Erik White-directed video for “5 O’Clock,” the Lily Allen-sampled single from his upcoming album rEVOLVEr. During a late night at the club, Teddy P. gets a text from his girl reminding him of the time. He puts on his trench coat and hurries home, bumping into Wiz Khalifa as he strolls through Amsterdam’s Red Light District.

“The song is basically about me being where I am at a club. I’m just taking too long and Lily wants me to come home right now,” explained T-Pain. “And it happens a lot with me in real life, so why not make a song about it? She doesn’t care where I am or what I’m doing, she just wants me to come home. But she needs me, she needs her hubby.”

ASHANTI ANNOUNCES NEW SINGLE ON ‘TODAY’ SHOW

Ashanti has been keeping a low profile as of late, but she paid an early morning visit to the “Today” show on Thursday. The R&B chanteuse chatted with Hoda Kotb and guest co-host Nick Lachey about contributing the track “Never Too Far Away” to the thriller Dream House, working with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and announced the lead single off her upcoming fifth album.

“It’s called ‘No Good.’ It’s amazing,” revealed Ashanti for the first time. “My official single will be out very soon. It’s so phenomenal, oh my gosh!”
