NEW MUSIC: MATEO FEAT. ALICIA KEYS – SAY IT’S SO

Singer/songwriter/producer Mateo is plotting the release of his first official EP debut (Love & Stadiums II the EP) for late October. The burgeoning star held a private listening event last night for the new set, including his brand new single “Say It’s So” which features additional vocals from Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz. Quite the co-sign for the young crooner, who was presented with a special message from Alicia at last night’s event. The EP will surely solidify Mateo as more than another artist on the rise, but a true talent and soon to be household name.

Take a listen to “Say It’s So” below, and head over to iTunes to pick it up now!

VIDEO: JAKE & PAPA – POETRY IN MOTION

Burgeoning R&B duo Jake & Papa release another brand new visual, this time for “Poetry In Motion,” off their well received mixtape “Destination Short Stay II.”

VIDEO: THE-DREAM – LONG GONE

This joint recently became my favorite off 1977. Terius finally releases the visual for “Long Gone,” (which he shot in NYC about a month ago). The video for the melodic track finds the hit-maker contemplating his relationship. While he may spoil his girlfriend with the finer things in life, Rolls Royce and fancy dinners, inside he knows the relationship is over.

The heart says…

RAY J & FABOLOUS ALTERCATION FOOTAGE (VIDEO)

You knew someone had it! TMZ releases some footage from the alleged fight between Ray J & Fabolous. While you can’t see Fab, or see anything much at all, you do hear Fab say “don’t touch me,” which they did mention, and it does seem to show 50 was instigating it, you know that’s what he does, even if it was jokes.

50 spoke with Funkmaster Flex on Hot 97 last night, offering his take on the altercation. He claims Ray J tapped Fabolous on the shoulder and swung at him, but Fab wasn’t hurt. “There was a swing, but it didn’t land on nothing, so you can’t call it a punch,” he said.

“Fab is looking at him like he’s crazy,” added 50, whose new album is due in November. “He said, ‘Whoa. Have you lost your mind right now?’”

The G-Unit mogul corroborated with what Fabolous said earlier, hinting that Ray J may have been on something. “I think [Ray J] had a little bit of juice in him.”

50 stepped in to break it up before things escalated further. “I pushed Fab and his brother Paul to the side. It wasn’t really a good look.”

You know you are going to click that play button even if this footage doesn’t show much.
