The iron piped diva lends her vocal to David Guetta’s new album, Nothing But The Beat (Aug. 26), for the soon to be anthem “Night Of Your Life.”

Teairra Mari is taking responsibility for her actions. The 23-year-old singer was arrested on Friday for driving under the influence after crashing her vehicle in Beverly Hills. In a statement released today, an embarrassed Mari admits to driving drunk and apologizes to those who were disappointed in her.
She was reportedly charged with DUI and assaulting a police officer, the latter of which she denies. “I take full responsibility for my actions, but I absolutely did NOT ‘attack’ a Beverly Hills police officer and I’m very confused by those allegations,” she states.
The Division1 signee hopes the incident will serve as an example to those who drink and get behind the wheel. “I hope that this situation can save someone from making the dumb decision to drink and drive!” she adds.
