THE WEEKND – THURSDAY (MIXTAPE COVER)
Herald as one of the industries favorite underground talents this year. Canadian singer/songwriter Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd has caused a stir online unique to very few. The release of his debut mixtape “House Of Balloons” spread like wildfire, creating throngs of loyal fans across the globe. Many claiming it the best album of the year so far! (Quite a statement, but not totally insane).
Abel has played the role of an enigma you could say. Giving 0 press, besides his tweets and Tumblr posts, only recently really showing his face performing at the OVO Festival with fellow Canadian, co-signer Drake. For many The Weeknd’s next project, aptly titled “Thursday” is one of the most anticipated releases of the year now. Besides a couple previous leaks of potential cuts we haven’t heard anything about it. That is until now…rumors of the release being any day now, might seem legit as Abel has released what seems to be the mixtape’s cover.
