Teairra Mari takes it back to the ’90s by singing over a sample of Puff Daddy & the Family’s classic “It’s All About the Benjamins” on the Rico Love-penned “That’s All Me.” We first heard about this record in the visual for Rico and Teairra’s studio session in Miami.

While we assumed it would make her album the song will actually appear on Division1/BMajor DJ T. Neal’s forthcoming album Not Your Average DJ. Check it out below.

NEW MUSIC: TYRESE FEAT. LUDACRIS – TOO EASY

On his new single Tyrese lets us know what we already knew…getting girls is too easy for him. The multi-talented star has unleashed his next official single, the Ludacris assisted “Too Easy.” This track is expected to aim at mainstream urban radio, while the great R&B cut “Stay” is geared to the adult audience. I’m not sold on this one yet, I think “I Gotta Chick” would do better, but we will see. Ty’s new album Open Invitation is due out November 1st.
