This project will serve as the follow-up to the crooner’s critically acclaimed album Signature after a two-year hiatus. Mario, who is due for a comeback, recently brought his vocal talents to the Key Club in Detroit. The R&B crooner debuted his brand new club single “My Bed” for the packed house. We still don’t think this is the right return single, but it is good to see Mario back on the scene. Nice footage as well, via BHughesTV.
Monica is standing up for Lil’ Kim after the rapper’s verse was unexpectedly removed from her new single “Anything (To Find You).”
When the Notorious B.I.G.-sampled song made its debut at No. 71 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart this week, Kim’s name was nowhere in sight. A rep for Monica’s label J Records tells Billboard.com that the raptress was cut entirely from the official version due to contractual issues.
Following the NSFW strip club visual, Sean Garrett’s latest single “In Da Box” gets the official video treatment from today’s go-to director — Colin Tilley. Dark scenery, extreme lighting, smoke, factory locations equal a Tilley production. Ross’s shot is something special though. Check it out.

Robin Thicke has been away from the stage and industry for some time, while he has been enjoying father-hood. After swapping the mic for diapers, Thicke made a smooth return to the stage this week. The R&B crooner wooed guests on Tuesday night at the Remy Martin V Official Launch Party. The gig which went down at LAVO in NYC saw the singer playing a set which included some of his popular hit records including “Lost Without You” and “Magic.” Shout to Toya.
