NEW MUSIC: MARIO FEAT. KELLY ROWLAND – MOTIVATION (REMIX) (FULL, NO TAGS)

This dude…man. As far as underrated artists go Mario is at the top of the list. Whatever the reasons are, personal or business, Mario doesn’t release enough material. We have been hearing about an upcoming mixtape, and of course his 5th album for too long now. With this release though, I feel the mixtape is in sight.

Mario is the latest artist to remix Kelly’s smash single “Motivation,” and does so in a cool collaboration duet kind of way. It doesn’t sound like this is the full version and it has tags (sad). Check it out for now and stay tuned. UPDATE: Here is the full version with no tags!

VIDEO: CHRIS BROWN PERFORMS AT JAM’N 94.5 SUMMER JAM

Chris Brown tore up the stage at JAM’N 94.5’s Summer Jam in Boston, sharing the bill with T-Pain, Lupe Fiasco, Waka Flocka Flame, Fabolous, DJ Khaled, Jeremih, and more.

“So about two years ago they weren’t f**king with me, look at me now,” said the blond singer after tearing off his American flag tank top and delivering his hit single to the packed house at Comcast Center.

He brought Big Sean to the stage for “My Last” and reprised his lap dance for a lucky lady in the audience. But he couldn’t leave without showing off some of his best moves as the DJ played LMFAO’s “Shots,” Beyoncé’s “Run the World (Girls),” Soulja Boy’s “Turn My Swag On,” Jay-Z’s “Public Service Announcement,” and more. VIDEO: RIHANNA KICKS OFF HER “LOUD” TOUR IN BALTIMORE

Rihanna brought the noise to Baltimore for the first stop of her “LOUD” tour at 1st Mariner Arena on Saturday (June 4). The North American trek was quite a change from last year’s “Last Girl On Earth” outing, replacing the dark theme with a colorful playground. Following sets from J. Cole and Cee Lo Green, the red head kicked things off with “Only Girl (In the World),” emerging in a shiny blue coat before revealing a beaded bikini underneath.

She rose above the crowd on a piano for “Love The Way You Lie,” threw it back to her island roots with “Rude Boy,” and invaded the stage with pink guns and a tank for “Hard.” One lucky female fan even got a lap dance from the superstar during “Skin.”

After dazzling fans with hit after hit and a spectacular display, one thing was clear: Little Miss Sunshine was back and having a blast. (via Rap-Up)
