Ray-Ray performed 2 cuts off of his latest album Stone Rollin’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this week. He performed “Stone Rollin” and “Heart Attack”. I honestly believe he’s never dropped a bad album; different, Yes, but bad? No.

Singer/Songwriter Lonny Bereal returns off the heels of his first buzz single “Don’t Play Wit It” featuring Chris Brown & Busta Rhymes, linking up with another of his peers, the beautiful Kelly Rowland, on “Favor”. While his previous release was an uptempo, this is a hot, sensual jam, which might have been recorded during their recent session at Jamie Foxx’s studio. It sounds like a rough mix, but I like….what do you think?
UPDATE: Grammy Nominated songwriter Lonny Bereal has teamed up with singer Kelly Rowland for a steamy duet called “Favor” set to be released by Notifi Music Group later this month. The song which was originally co-written by Bereal for singer Chris Brown is the LA based tunesmith’s debut as an artist. The sensual mid-tempo solidifies Bereal’s musical relationship with Rowland with whom he’s worked for several years as a vocal producer and songwriter.
Omarion just dropped his first mixtape “The Awakening,” and has now released the first promo video, for the Red Cafe featured cut “Battle”. Check it out, what do you think?

Lauryn Hill has been playing shows across the country, but last night she made an appearance on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ to perform during the show’s week-long tribute to Bob Marley. Lauryn, who is married and has five children with Marley’s son Rohan, sang her late father-in-law’s classics “Chances Are” and “Could You Be Loved.” Watch her tribute the legend above.
