NEW MUSIC: TREY SONGZ – WHEN I SEE YOU x I REFUSE

A round-up of the weekend leaks just isn’t right without some ear candy for the Trey Angels, and one isn’t enough right? So, here are 2 new, unreleased cuts from Tremaine. The first is a smooth jam titled, “When I See You,” and the second is an Underdogs produced ballad entitled “I Refuse”. These should hopefully add to a nice relaxing Sunday night.

NEW MUSIC: NE-YO – NOT STRONG ENOUGH

Here is a new, unreleased track from Ne-Yo. I remember when these used to pop up everyday, ha. Rarely enough were they not demos for female artists, as this is probably a demo too, but for a male. A nice joint though. Check it out.

NEW MUSIC: USHER FEAT. T-PAIN – NEXT CONTESTANT (NO TAGS)

Ok, here is one definitely from the vaults (new series coming soon by the way). Usher’s collaboration with T-Pain “Next Contestant,” which is probably 3 years old, but was first released at the end of 2009, however, only with tags. After all that time, the full untagged version has surfaced. Well not exactly full, because I don’t believe the song was ever finished, either way its here for you now.

MTV PRESENTS: WHEN I WAS 17 – BRANDY

Brandy is the latest artist to partake in MTV’s “When I Was 17″ series. The singer shares her past, recounting going to prom with Kobe, recording “The Boy Is Mine,” winning her first Grammy, meeting Michael Jackson and more. Ray J killed me with that line about meeting MJ, haha. Check it out.

VIDEO: JESSIE J PERFORMS ON SNL

Jessie J, another newly inducted favorite artist of my mine, stopped by SNL in her first US television debut last night. Performing two cuts “Mamma Knows Best” and her single featuring B.o.B “Price Tag”. While watching this with my ol’ lady she pointed out that the outfit of choice looked like something out of Burlesque the movie, which for some reason had me rolling…..Besides the erratic dance moves and everything else, still did not take away from the star quality in Jessie. So, please be on the look out for the release of her debut album Who You Are in the US on April 12th.
