Here is a new joint by Raheem DeVaughn. It is titled, “She’s Single,” and it is a remix/remake of Lil’ Wayne’s “I’m Single”. This is niice too, Raheem always on point. It will be featured on his upcoming crew mixtape “368 FTW Vol. 1″. Check it!

Wow. This is niiice. Here is a brand new record off El Debarge’s new project. The record is titled, “5 Seconds,” and it features Fabolous. Debarge’s forthcoming come back album Second Chance is slated to hit stores very soon, September 28th. This version has tags so check it out and stay tuned!

Eb names Avant Mr. Freaknasty since he is known for having plenty of sex songs, they also talk strippers, crazy things a fan has done to get close to him, and he previews the title track from his new album “Wake Up” in stores December 7th
Crazy. I’m glad Avant is making a come back, but damn I think someone needs to tell him to wake up and realize John Legend is about to drop a great album with the same title!

Penned by Legend, ‘Shine’ is the sole original composition from his forthcoming collaborative album with The Roots, titled Wake Up!, which features soulful music from the ’60s and ’70s with an underlying theme of awareness, engagement and consciousness. “Shine” also features in Academy Award-winning director Davis Guggenheim’s upcoming documentary film Waiting for Superman, which examines the US public school system.
