Universal Motown Presents: Michael Jackson – The Remix Suite
Universal Motown is releasing a brand new album entitled, Michael Jackson – The Remix Suite! This project will feature today’s top producers remixing Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 classics. Now since this is a Universal project that must mean it will only feature MJ’s material prior to Off The Wall, being which that, and every post recording are owned by Sony. Well, I suppose I’m not totally opposed to this, every record since then is perfect the way it is, and shouldn’t be touched in the hopes of more profit. However, even though the Motown recordings are all classics I am interested to hear how today’s super producers add their stylings to them. They sure jumped on this fast though! Gotta strike while the iron is hot, right? Capitialist pigs!! Ha. Here is a little sneak preview of what’s to come. Check it out, what are your thoughts?
