Chris Brown Pleads ‘Not Guilty’

Chris Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court room today to enter a plea in the ongoing felony assault and making criminal threats case related to his alleged altercation with Rihanna. Appearing with attorney Mark Geragos, Brown plead not guilty to both felony counts shortly after 3:30pm PT. Speaking with the judge briefly, Brown appearing solemn, agreed to a preliminary hearing April 29.

Brown faces two felony counts that could land him a sentence anywhere from probation to four years in prison if convicted.

Here is a new and updated version of Brooke Valentine’s record, “Pimped Out”. This version is featuring Chamillionaire. It is off the independent release of her Physical Education mixtape album. Released earlier this month, Valentine says, “Throughout all the trials and transitions I’ve been through on releasing the Physical Education album, we decided to give my fans an exclusive P.E. mixtape album so you guys don’t feel abondoned”. Chris Brown Due In Court Today

Chris Brown is due in a Los Angeles area court room today for his first official arraignment after being arrested for allegedly assaulting Rihanna.
Brown, facing charges on making criminal threats and felony assault from his alleged altercation, is expected to enter a plea today. Despite there being substantial evidence including a disturbing police report, bloodied images from the vehicle and a post altercation photo of Rihanna, sources believe Brown will plead not guilty.

News of Brown’s intent to plead not guilty comes after the singer’s documented continuance issued during the first arraignment last month.

Attorney Mark Geragos, also noted for participation in Michael Jackson’s child molestation trial, has not commented on Brown’s plea but was rumored to be seeking a plea deal of sorts due to Rihanna’s bloodied photograph being leaked and released via entertainment organization TMZ.

If convicted Chris Brown could face up to four years behind bars. Stay tuned for an update today.

Day 26 Hitting The Clubs with “Forever”

Day 26 is ready for fans to hear the anticipated sophomore disc Forever In A Day, because it is according Robert – ‘”Ridiculous”.

Forever In A Day, the Making the Band 4 group’s new album, will not only pick up where the group left off on their self titled debut, the effort will also find the group members rocking the club till the walls come down. In fact, Day 26 is already bumping clubs from east to west coast with the first single “Imma Put It On Her” feat. Yung Joc and Diddy.

The blazing club/dance record is, according to group members, just the beginning of what promises to be a new era for Day 26.

“While recording our first album and putting it out, we realized we didn’t cater to the club as much as we needed to,” Will Taylor told MTV. “So this album, we’re just dedicated to tearing the club waqlls down. The album is going to be ridiculous. We’re going to show you the true Day26.”

Unlike their debut album, which features very few collaborative efforts, Forever In A Day boasts songs with The-Dream, Jermaine Dupri, Cassie and Mario Winans, in addition to Diddy and Yung Joc.

“We feel like we’ve grown tremendously,” says Day 26.

Forever In A Day is slated for release April 14 via Bad Boy.
